Sea urchin AKA uni is a delicacy. Whenever I see at the market, I don't care how much it cost I got to buy it. It is usually eaten raw, but how about making into a sauce and serve with pasta. This dish is creamy and so scrumptious. You can use spaghetti, angel hair or any type of pasta you like. Here are the ingredients you will need...
